With Trumps apparent return to Twitter1 the truth is out over Truth Social2—Trumps Dumpster Fire of a Social Media Platform. They haven’t looked very good for awhile, if ever. We have known, from reporting3, that it has had financial issues since August. It hasn’t taken a keen eye to see the problems though. Even Fox News has been breaking stories4 on its failings.
BREAKING: According to NBC Trump is planning to come back on Twitter and has already begun crafting his first tweet. This means 2 things:
1) Truth Social is a FAILURE
2) We better warm our tweeting fingers up!

Failed Launch
Truth Social “soft launched” in February and had a mass rollout to U.S. iOS users in May. Cloud support, sources who told Axios new Said5, may have contributed to Truth Social's rollout delay.
Truth Social is Trumps largest investment since leaving Office and is just one of his many mounting financial6 and legal7 issues. As his recent NFT project8 has shown us, he cannot help grifting his ravenous fan base.
Truth Social is just another in a long line of chaotic9 and outright failed10 attempts at business. Even his own business partners11 have seen the writing on the wall for a long time when it comes to working with Trump.
‘Billions and Billions’ of Failures
Truth Social owed12 one of its vendors, Rightforge13-an internet infrastructure company for fascists, 1.6 million in Freedom Bucks, for what is described as “Hosting Fees”.
Then there is the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) has refused14 Trump's trademark application for "Truth Social."15
The financier behind it all— called Digital World Acquisition Corp. — is under investigation16 by the SEC for allegedly negotiating their deal prior to going public, which is illegal.
Digital World Acquisition Corp. is also failing17 to prove itself on the Stock Market.
An investor sued18 Digital World Acquisition Corp.'s CEO last year for fraud. There's been confusion19 regarding whether or not certain members of Truth Social's board are actually still on the board20, including Trump himself.
An Analysis
Most readers here will be well aware of Trump and his business failings. How does this relate to the ‘Class Struggle’? It doesn’t, not anymore than the thousands of other stories of failing businesses21 in capitalist Amerikkka.
A small business, ran by your friendly craftsman, cannot afford to fail. There is no room for error for a small business ran by an average person. On the other hand someone like Trump can fail over and over and never pay the price. His investors22 do, tax payers do, the average citizen does23 and his employees do24 but he does not. He has been allowed to live a life of opulent wealth25 while the workers who created his wealth die from Covid and lose their rights26.
Honestly his true skills are making money and staying rich while losing a billion dollars27.

I know this is not much of an analysis but I wanted to get this out while the news was still hot. It did get me started on a deeper dive into ‘Rightforge’ and their shady practices.
